Can certain types of training help prevent injury?
The Human body is not unbreakable Throwing a baseball is a weighted object (5 oz). Therefore there is an inherent risk at any time for injury to occur. We cannot guarantee that you will not break, but it is our belief, that if you train specific core areas for strength / recovery / explosiveness etc, you can greatly reduce the risk of injury. Areas of training include the bodies’ core, the shoulder capsule including (but not limited to) the accelerators’ / decelerators’ / teres minor / non-dominant side vs. the dominant side. By using this type of training WE CAN GUARANTEE that each player will improve in their preparation in becoming faster / quicker / stronger.
