I don’t believe any food can make a dog aggressive. The very idea is daft. However the ingredients can make your dog hyper which can in turn lead to aggression. The food may not contain any sugar or artificial flavours but it may contains a lot of protein and other such ingredients. If that’s all you’re feeding I would switch to a good quality diet. I feed Arden Grange (dry) and Nature Diet (wet) as well as RAW.
