In general, Cellvizio level of sensitivity is unable to detect the autofluorescence of most tissues. In experiments so far, only the very high level of autofluorescence in hair and adipose tissue has been detected. Therefore Cellvizio cannot be used for detection and imaging of autofluorescence. On the other hand, the autofluorescence of the tissue does not interfere with the imaging of specific targeting of cells by the fluorophores.
