Can Cellvizio detect double staining (the use of two different fluorophores targeting specific kinds of cells) ?

Cellvizio has a broad collection bandwidth and can collect all the fluorescent signals emitted within that band. E.g. the Cellvizio 488 collects all emitted fluorescence between the wavelengths of 500 to 650 nm. However, within this bandwidth, Cellvizio does not spectrally differentiate one wavelength from another. On the other hand there are several examples where it has been possible to use different fluorophores on separate targeted cells and image them satisfactorily. This is possible when the 2 sets of fluorescent objects can be distinguished either by their morphology, their movement or by different intensities of fluorescence emitted.
