Can cell phone numbers print on the nametags in order to contact parents?
Yes, cell phones can be used for families who are entered as regular attendees. In the software there is an area to set up how the parents can be contacted. If “cell phones” is selected then the parent’s cell phone number will show up on the child’s name tag and also on the check-in computer. You would need to use your own phone to contact them either by phone or text message.
