Can celiacs eat Peace A Cake?
Yes!!! Because both creators of Peace A’ Cake are intolerant to gluten, we created a gluten-free version of all our flavors which is enjoyed by our celiac and gluten-intolerant customers. Celiac disease is a digestive disease that damages the small intestine and interferes with absorption of nutrients from food. People who have celiac disease cannot tolerate gluten, a protein found in all forms of wheat (including durum, semolina, spelt and kamut) and related grains rye, barley and triticale. The only treatment for celiac disease is a gluten-free diet.
