As of CE 3.21 and SysLink 2.00, devices with multiple slaves (e.g. DM8168) are supported. Neither the CE 2.x nor DSP Link 1.x releases support a single host controlling multiple slaves. CE can support a multiple DSP environment (e.g. DM6467 + one or more DM6437). But in these systems, the CE app on the GPP (DM6467’s ARM) controls remote codecs on the connected DSP (DM6467’s DSP), and a completely separate CE app runs on the DM6437 device.
