Can caviar be served with crackers, eggs, and onions?
“Repeat after me: crackers, eggs and onions are the enemy!” I love that quote.Chopped hard-boiled egg white and yolk, and chopped onion have always beenpart of the American presentation of caviar. It does make a lovely presentationand it does “stretch” the amount of caviar one may need to buy.Those traditional accompaniments were developed to mask the flavor of inferior caviar.
