Yes, it’s very possible. I’ve even seen cats with two different color eyes. Did you know that actress Jane Seymour has two different color eyes? I think one is brown and the other is green. In many movies you can see the difference if you know to look for it, though occasionally she may wear contacts. Also, I once knew a woman who had one blue eye and one brown eye. I kept staring, not realizing it, and she started laughing and explained it to me. I thought she had lost a contact lens! Ask a vet or a pet store for what you’re looking for, and they might be able to hook you up with a breeder or someone who knows someone… I had a cat who was part siamese, and she had the most beautiful blue eyes I’d ever seen!
