CarSim can simulate any vehicle powertrain. The standard program is easily extended using MATLAB/Simulink, C code that you write, National Instruments LabView, and other programs. It also has a built-in script language called VS Commands that lets you define all kinds of new things that aren’t in the standard model. To simulate an EV, you will have to provide your own model of the electric components and controls.
