Have you breached the peace bond? I’ve never looked at this particular aspect of the consequences of a peace bond, but the answer to questions of “Does a peace bond prevent me from doing x?” are usually “Not unless the peace bond says on its face that you can’t.” One of the most basic aspects of a peace bond is that there’s no fault associated with them. s.810 of the Criminal Code (the mechanism under which peace bonds are issued) does not create an offence. s.811 (breach of a peace bond) does.
