Can campers bring cell phones/electronic devices to camp?

We allow students to being cell phones to the program but we require that they be turned off during classes. During camp parents will have at least 2 staff numbers available to stay in contact with their children. Campers can bring inexpensive portable music players with headsets such as a Walkman, IPod Shuffle (not a regular IPod) or MP3. These are only to be used during free time periods. We do not allow devices such as Ipods, Gameboys, etc.
