Can buskers and other street entertainers perform on the Quays? Is distributing leaflets allowed?
Street musicians (buskers) are not allowed to play on Quays property. Other entertainers are welcome to attend the auditions held every year in April. Those who are selected can then obtain a permit from the Old Port of Montréal Corporation allowing them to perform on the Quays that summer.
