Yes. If ActiveX controls and plug-ins are disabled on your web browser PASS PRO for CFA will not function correctly. To check that ActiveX controls and plug-ins are not disabled, and take action to enable them, use the following process: Internet Explorer: 1. Go to Tools Internet Options in the main toolbar (ALT T > O). 2. Select the Security tab in the pop-up window and press the Custom Level button. 3. At the top of the Security Setting window are a number of items relating to ActiveX controls. Check that the following items are enabled: Download signed ActiveX controls Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting Netscape: 1. Go to Edit > Preferences in the main toolbar. 2. Select Advanced > Cache in the pop-up window. 3. Press the Clear memory cache and Clear disk cache buttons. 4. Press OK to confirm.
