A. I suspect that the answer is yes. Research on this subject has been very slow to come forward. However as, the known scalar effects of Brown’s Gas applications are proven in torch welding systems, automotive pollution abatement, clean coal process technology and the enhancement of home heating applications, the odds are favorable. Here also, Canada is in the forefront. They even admit to doing the research!
