Can British TV i.e. ITV, BBC etc be (got/picked/viewed) up on the island?

A.You will be happy to know that sky satellite can be received on the island which picks up several UK channels but as far as we are aware BBC unfortunately is not one of them. However, BBC news, ITV and Channel 4 can all be received. A satellite dish of 2.2 metres is all that is required. When the time comes if you have a Satellite box in the UK perhaps bring this with you or when here visit a TV satellite shop for information about a connection and dish.
