Can breathing second hand marijuana smoke result in a positive urine drug test result?
When I joined the Air Force in 1993, I had stopped smoking blunts, because I had to pass the pee test to get into the military. My recruiter knew my friends all smoked cannabis. So before he sent me for my physical, he asked me had I even been around people smokin…I told him that I had, he rescheduled my physical, recommended some system cleansing techniques and told me that it was just as bad as smoking myself so I would have to stay away from my weed toting friends. 🙂 Oddly enough, when I did get in, I became a Medical Lab Technician in the Air Force who did the testing on the urine for the drugs. The sensitivity of the tests are very responsive. In other words, it does detect trace amounts. Think about the simplicity of it, if you are around the smoke, you are breathing it in, anything you take into your system, gets into your system.
