Can BPH supply address extracts to be used for direct mailings?

0

We can supply address extracts, but it should be noted, that is exactly what they are – addresses – with no contact names, telephone numbers or any qualifying information such as income or demographic grouping. For addresses identified by the Royal Mail as being used by an “Organisation” we can supply the name – this is often the company name but can be anything that is not attributed to an individual including churches, educational establishments and local authority departments. By excluding any “organisations” we can provide extracts which will be mostly residential addresses. Using postcode data extracts for marketing mailings is generally only suitable if you want to target ALL addresses within a particular geographic area. Royal Mail User Licences also apply to address extracts. If used for mailing purposes, then a Full PAF® single user licence is applicable for the number of postcode areas covered by the extract.
