Can both the owner and tenant receive a utility bill?

0

Both the tenant and owner can receive a utility bill. An owner can choose to: (a) send the utility bill to the tenant and only receive a notice when the account is delinquent, (b) send the utility bill to the tenant and themselves, or (c) send the utility bill just to the owner. A “Utility Billing Customer Request Form” must be completed to fulfill this request. If an owner wishes to receive a bill monthly along with the tenant, this must be stated on the form. Forms are available at City Hall or on the City’s website at: http://tinyurl.com/cyc2em.
