Yes, when both RECIPIENT and PASSWORD settings are used to encrypt a file, the master session key is derived from the password and is also protected by using public key encryption. This means that a ZIP file may be decrypted either by a user who knows the password or any user who has been added as a recipient when the archive was encrypted who has his or her private key certificate available.
