Can Blind People Have A Secret Ballot?

I don’t “see” why not(no pun intended).they can vote just like anyone else.they would just have to have the names/titles done in braille on the manual machines.that way they could do the choices/votes in privacy. I would think the hardest ones to have vote would be people that are both deaf and blind/really handicapped/wheel chair bound, because it would take a what to call them a interpreter or aide to help them vote and the aide would have to be licensed, bonded, made legally responsible in case they did try to influence the votes in any way.in other words they would be made a confidential(like a doctor/priest) government aide to assist them in voting.in other words with today’s technology no one should have to miss being able to vote in private.
