Can black holes explode and then disappear?

Answer Hi Ben, Black holes “radiate” energy via the hawking radiation route, but that takes too long for the hole to disappear! Micro black holes (hypothesized), are supposed to “hypotheticaly disappear in a very very small time, THAT could be “hypothetically” called an explosion, as an explosion by definition is “very rapid” expansion / contraction (implosion). But the big ones, definitely wont explode.
