Since Bill Clinton served as President for the US from 1993 – 2001, he would not be eligible for any other term for the Presidency, based on the Amendment to the Constitution. Since he is not eligible to serve as President, then he would not qualify to run for Vice President, since the VP can only be elected if he or she is eligible for the Presidency..
