Can BigmOuth do more than 300 outbound calls, if you program it to call out from one phonebook for a period of time and from another phonebook for another period of time?

No, you cannot program it to call out from one phonebook for one time period and a different phonebook for another time period. In order to switch the phonebook from which you are making outbound calls, you must physically call up BigmOuth and instruct it to switch phonebooks.
