Can BERS Pro be used for other classes of building eg. non residential?

At the moment BERS Pro is recommended for evaluation of residential detached and high rise unit developments. Even though larger commercial and industrial buildings can be evaluated the internal heat generated and the times of evaluation are geared to residential and can not be varied by the user. Future versions will include user control of these variables.
