Can benefit levels be split between members of a dental scheme?
• Where schemes have a total membership of fewer than 10 employees then the minimum membership on each benefit scale is 3 employees. • Benefit scale cannot be discretionary and must be subject to the employee satisfying defined eligibility criteria (e.g. Directors/Staff or North/South etc.). • Dependants must be covered on the same benefit scale as the employee.
