Can beginners attend class?
Yes. Our beginner classes are structured to lead you in an experience to find success and confidence in your own body both physically and mentally. Our expert staff will assist you with the information and instruction required to build a solid foundation for a personal yoga practice. Raffa Power Yoga has extensive experience with the novice yoga student or those new to an exercise program. In increments, you will build the strength, focus, understanding, stamina and flexibility needed for long-lasting change in your body and mind. Along the way even you will be soothing your soul and clearing the way for new healthy, positive habits to form. The beginners classes are heated to improve sweating and detoxification of our bodies from the inside out. The classes are 90 minutes in length.
