Can bad weather conditions cause my service to be interrupted?
Sometimes bad weather can cause an interruption, to avoid possible damage to your property and to ensure everyone’s safety, our drivers use their best judgment when accessing your location. When this happens, we try to reschedule service, but that is not always possible when the bad weather lasts for more than one day. Sometimes it may be necessary to skip one week and then pick up the following week on your scheduled day.
