Can B-liner read B-liner 98 or B-liner, Version 1.5 diagrams?
Yes. B-liner provides upwards compatibility, so any older B-liner diagrams can be read and used by B-liner. However, because of the extended features, B-liner diagrams can not be read by older versions of B-liner. In other words: if you open and save a diagram in B-liner, you can not ever open that diagram in an older version of B-liner.
