Can Au Pairs travel internationally?
Yes. During the first 12 months of the Au Pair Program the Au Pairs are free to travel internationally, however it is an Au Pair’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate visa for the country they are visiting. Certain steps must be taken to ensure successful international travel and we require Au Pairs to contact their Local Area Representative and goAUPAIR headquarters prior to their trip.
