Asterisk only handles one registration per SIP peer in Asterisk config sip.conf. If you want multiple SIP devices for a user, add more peers and change the dial plan to call more devices when calling the user’s extension. Check the syntax dial(SIP/BrianPhone1&SIP/BrianPhone2) of the Dial application.
