There are no hardware DS3 interfaces for PCs running Asterisk. The highest-density hardware interfaces available are 4-port T1/E1 cards, which imposes a practical limit of ~4-8 DS1-level circuits per host. The way to handle a channelized DS3 would be to break T1s/E1s out of an M13 mux into multiple Asterisk hosts. This is quite practical in some situations.
