No. We have the necessary educational qualifications to become financial planners however we have chosen not to. Therefore we are not licensed to, do not wish to be tied to one company and make no claim to have expertise in the areas of shares. We ourselves do hold shares in our super funds but we are property specialists. We believe any good investor has some sense of balance in their portfolio; weighted towards what they feel comfortable with.
