No, for the following reasons: the fax is not confidential, nor are the required signatures considered legal or official. Exception: if we are close to the application deadline and the Admissions Committee needs the information quickly, materials may be faxed. However, in such a case all originals must be submitted by mail or personal delivery immediately thereafter.
