Yes. Families who have expressed interest in purchasing the unit they live in have the opportunity to do so, given the unit provides a viable housing option for them. They must have a feasible site, obtain any required local permits and have the funds to purchase the unit. All families living in FEMA temporary housing units were offered this opportunity.
