If users are using Windows 98, they already have an updated browser loaded on your PC. Our current minimum browser requirement is Internet Explorer 5.0 (or higher) or Netscape 4.77 or 4.78. You need to follow these steps to access your courses with an external browser: 1. Dial-Up to your ISP as you normally would. Minimize the window. 2. Click the Start button on the taskbar.
