Can anyone write their own stories about what they think will happen to the BSC?
Legally speaking, writers always own their characters and the stories that they have created. This means that other writers cannot take on these characters as their own. However, its possible that a creative writing teacher might give you an assignment to write about what you think will happen to a certain fictional character in the future. This can be a lot of fun because there are no wrong answers and lots of different ideas. But as an author, I think we have the most fun when we create our own characters out of our own imaginations.
