Can anyone use OSS Traffic?
A. We’ve designed it to be as simple as possible for virtually anyone to use! But there are a couple of qualifications: You need your own web site – this means one that you have the ability to add some code to. You need a list that will accept subscribers via email subscription, i.e. that people can subscribe to by sending an email to a specified email address (this means virtually all autoresponders and mailing list services).
