Personal investments accounting to reimbursements are always disallowed until and unless the same is initiated by SMPL / Project KBK itself. However, if anyone takes the interest in SMPL / project KBK can proceed in promoting its venture with prior intimation and consent from the authorities at SMPL / Project KBK, but SMPL/project KBK are not obliged to take over the liabilities for such arrangements.
