Cals Refineries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2010, inter alia, has considered and approved the disclosures required under Clause 41(IV)(e) of the Listing Agreement for the Quarter ended March 31, 2010. Further, the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 188800000 equity Shares of Re. 1/- each to Nyra Holdings Private Limited (earlier known as Spice Refineries Private Limited) in terms of Special resolution passed by the members under Section 81(1 A) of the Companies Act, 1956 in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on July 28, 2010. after this announcement shares of this nearly cosed company are changing hands. at 29paisa of rs1/-face value todays turnover was for 26228488 shares.
