Para tracheal region and L-nodes… prob referring to the lymph nodes that sit on either side of the trachea oedema mylohoid… prob referring to some type of fluid build up or swelling around the muscle that runs from the jawline to the hyoid bone. Various problems can arise in this region basically all the doctor is saying is that the neck area around the trachea is swollen and there is a possible mass in there…this could be the lymph nodes themselves or the parathyroid glands or the thyroid…they will have to do more testing before they will know if it is serious or not I am sure.
