I have found that many countries can not send money to the United States without first being cleared by their government of any money derived from drug trafficking, terrorist funding, or false claims on inheritances. The only way that money can be sent to most countries is through Western Union wire transfer. You must have the name of the person who will be receiving the money as well as a test question that the receiving person must be able to answer correctly. There are so many scams out there right now that the U S Secret Service has formed a complete task force that does nothing but handle fraud/scams from other countries. There is a tremendous amount of Americans that are being taken every day for thousands of US dollars that once sent can not be recovered.
