Can anyone tell me which company have the worse corporate culture/organizational culture?
It is not the Company whose culture is Worst or Best it is people who work in the Company make it so. People’s addaptation to the Company’s Enviorment and Working Style is termed in the Corporate Jargron as CULTURE. Western Companies have 5 days a week culture, Most Indian Companies have 6 days a week culture. Does it mean the latter’s culture is not good because it makes its employess work 6 days a week? No it is internal system and company’s nature of work that decides the Working Hours/days. If u do not like a Company, u may not like its culture either. If u like it, u are adaptable to its culture. Its a matter of individual choice and personal taste.
