Can anyone tell me of a healthy eating and fitness regime for loosing weight quickly?
I train regularly and have helped a few of my friends lose weight as well. Remember the key to loosing weight is increasing your metabolism, and decreasing the amount of calories you intake daily. As far as exercise goes, I’d recommend you train 4-5 days on an elliptical trainer. They are similar to treadmills but involve your whole body… legs… arms… shoulders.. chest…back.. everything. In my opinion it’s the best piece of cardio equipment out there. Plus not to mention it’s easier on your joints and feet because it’s more of a gliding action. For length of time to be exercising, I’d say no less than 30 min and no more than 60 min. Usually you’ll want to warm up first by stretching, then run an elliptical 20-40 minutes(depending on your level), and finish off with some sit ups and cooldown stretches. If you are wanting to lose fat around your waist remember that you can’t spot reduce. The best way to lose that fat is by busting your *** on that elliptical, and by eating right.
