Can anyone tell me how to set up adjustable grow light (florescent fixtures) using a pulley system?
When you are growing strawberries or tomato plants in your basement, loft space or cupboard, a good pulley system is always necessary. Make sure that you use chains, moving them up a notch during the grow cycle. Also ensure that you keep the grow light a safe distance from the plants, and also ensure that you have organised your grow room to have an appropriate amount of ampage to ensure the electricity supply is safe. A good light / ballast should also do the trick.
