Hey I don’t really know a lot about Universities in general. But as I live in Germany I guess I could maybe help you. The “Handels Hochschule Leipzig” is a really great one. But it’s really hard to apply for it. Just go check out their website. http://www.hhl.de/ I am sorry if it’s not really what your looking for (I am not into Universities right now!) I just looked on http://www.uni-freiburg.de/index_en.php and http://www.hs-esslingen.de/en/44 check them out they should be good for mechanical engineering. That’s what I read! I am not sure. And about the cost. Well I can’t really tell cause I never lived somewhere else before. Just don’t move to Munich it’s soo expensive to live there.
