Can anyone tell me 5 differences between heat and Temperature?

Can you tell me 5 differences between potential and current? Can you tell me 5 differences between frequency and wavelength? Can you tell me 5 differences between velocity and distance? In Physics we are having different quantities and each one is related to another by some equations. One cannot tell the differences between two different quantities. But one can define quantities. Heat is one way of transfer of energy like sound and light. Temperature is the state of a substance by which one can tell whether transfer of heat can take place or not. Same temperature implies no transfer of heat. But the above is not the difference between heat and temperature.
