Can anyone suggest a townhouse/condo community that has an attached larger sized backyard area?

I am interested in buying a home and at this point a townhouse/condo is probably all that will fit into my budget- around 165,000. I have a large dog and I would like to have a place with an attached fenced in yard where he can run around a bit. A lot of town homes seem to have a fenced in paved patio, but Im looking for something a little larger and with grass. Thanks for your suggestions!
