Can anyone suggest a name for a Bengal Kitten?
Hi! As other people have suggested, an Indian (or specifically, Bengali) name would be great and there are some nice ones for kittens, such as: Bimal Lokesh Niv Shyam Sukhen (means ‘happy boy’!) Some other Indian names, although not strictly Bengali, are: Bishen Bala Basu Bhaskara Indu (the name of the Moon) Madhav Mukesh (means ‘ruler’ – i.e. royalty) Venkat If going for an Indian name isn’t your stlye, think about things that are your style! For example, do you have a passion? Are you into your music, or films, or have another hobby? Let’s say you love tennis, Racket is a great name for a noisy, mischeivious kitten. If you love music, browse through your iTunes and make a list of all bands, artists, song names, etc that might be good for a cat. Same goes with films, etc. For example – my biggest passion is music, luckily, so is my boyfriend’s – so our cat is called Morrissey and our kitten is called Pixies: both named after bands!
