Can anyone smoke in the grounds of NHS premises?

0

For one year (from March 26, 2006 –March 26, 2007), staff, patients and visitors were allowed to smoke in specially designated outdoor smoking areas if they were available. After March 26, 2007, all NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde premises – including all grounds, car parks etc – became smokefree and the smoking shelters were removed.
